The T25 crashes and requires power cycling once or twice a week. Arris points at the upstream power level of about 40dBmV as the problem, and says that's beyond Arris' control. Oct 9, 2024 · As a followup, I reconnected an older Arris SB16141 Surfboard, which is considerably slower, but it's working perfectly. It was NOT the xfinity service - it's the Arris modem that's the problem. The T25 in particular.
